Combo Chia + Flax Seeds

This combo contains 200g of raw chia seeds + 200g of raw flax seeds, total 400g, packed separately. Together they give you the complete spectrum of plant-based omega-3, fibre and lignans - often called the "superfood duo" for weight loss, heart health and hormonal balance.

Yes - flax seeds must be ground to be absorbed (whole flax passes through undigested), while chia seeds can be eaten whole or soaked. Grind 1 tablespoon of flax fresh before use, and add 1 tablespoon of chia to water or smoothie. Together they give you the full nutritional hit.

1 tablespoon each (about 10g chia + 10g ground flax) per day is the ideal starting dose. This gives you roughly 5g of plant omega-3, 8g fibre, 5g protein, plus the full lignan benefit from flax. Some people ramp up to 2 tablespoons each over a few weeks - increase slowly to avoid bloating.

Both are extraordinarily high in soluble fibre that expands in your stomach and triggers fullness hormones. Together, 2 tablespoons (20g) give you 15-18g of fibre (almost 60% of your daily need) for just 120 calories. Most people eating this combo daily report reduced hunger and easier portion control within 2 weeks.

Chia mixes beautifully into water and forms a refreshing gel drink (leave for 10 minutes before drinking). Ground flax does not dissolve well in water and tastes slightly better mixed into smoothies, yoghurt, oatmeal, roti dough or soup. Many people keep chia for water drinks and flax for food.
