  • βœ“1/2 cup badam (almonds) β€” roughly chopped
  • βœ“1/4 cup kaju (cashews) β€” roughly chopped
  • βœ“1/4 cup akhrot (walnuts) β€” roughly chopped
  • βœ“2 tbsp kishmish (raisins)
  • βœ“2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • βœ“1/2 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom)
  • βœ“1 tbsp ghee (optional β€” for binding)
  • βœ“Extra desiccated coconut / chopped pistachios for coating

Banane Ka Tarika (Step by Step)

Dry fruits roast karein

Ek pan mein low flame par badam, kaju, akhrot aur kishmish ko 2-3 minute halka roast karein. Khaushbu aane lagegi. Thanda hone dein.

Tip: Zyada roast mat karein β€” halka golden colour aana chahiye, dark brown nahi.

Khajoor paste banayein

Khajoor ko mixer mein daalein aur coarse paste bana lein. Paani nahi daalna hai. Agar dates soft nahi hain toh 10 minute garam paani mein bhigo lein pehle.

Tip: Medjool dates use karein toh sabse accha β€” naturally zyada sweet hain.

Sab mix karein

Ek bade bowl mein roasted dry fruits, khajoor paste, desiccated coconut aur elaichi powder daalein. Haath se acche se mix karein. Agar mixture dry lage toh 1 tbsp ghee daalein.

Tip: Haath ko halka ghee lagayein toh mixture chipkega nahi.

Ladoo banayein

Chhoti chhoti portions lein aur hatheli mein gol gol ladoo banayein. Ek ladoo ka size walnut jaisa rakhein (approximately 20-25 grams).

Tip: Mixture ko zyada press karein toh ladoo tight banenge aur tootenge nahi.

Coating lagayein

Tayaar ladoo ko desiccated coconut mein roll karein ya chopped pistachios se garnish karein. 30 minute fridge mein rakhein toh set ho jaayenge.

Tip: Alag alag coatings try karein β€” sesame seeds, cocoa powder, ya crushed cornflakes.

Storage Tips

Airtight container mein fridge mein 2-3 weeks tak store kar sakte hain. Room temperature par 1 week.
