At Chau Foods, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and how we handle any issues that may arise during transit. By placing an order on chaufoods.com, you agree to the terms below.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delhi NCR

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of India

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Remote / Difficult-to-reach Areas

Delivery may take up to 10 business days. You will be notified if your location falls under this category.

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Chau Foods is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on chaufoods.com, or by contacting us at hello@chaufoods.com.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the order on both occasions, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply, or a refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging for inspection.

8. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout. For bulk or wholesale orders in Delhi NCR, please contact us directly β€” we may be able to arrange alternate delivery options.
