Our Story
HOW IT
STARTED.
Chau Foods did not start with a big plan. It started with a simple frustration — it was hard to find dry fruits and everyday pantry staples that were actually what they claimed to be.
So we went straight to the source. We began working with farmers and small-scale producers — people who grow and process food the way it has always been done. We started small, learned as we went, and slowly built a range of products we would actually use in our own homes. That is still how we work today.
