The short answer
For a team gift, a common range is ₹500 to ₹1,500 per person. Under ₹500, go for a small jar hamper (3 options from ₹450). Between ₹500 and ₹1,000, a box with jars plus a candle or mugs looks generous (13 hampers and 3 dry fruit trays). Up to ₹2,000, copper sets and potli boxes work well for managers and long-serving staff.
Every hamper can carry your logo and you get a GST invoice. Diwali is on 8 November 2026, so lock branded orders by 20 October.
Diwali gifts for employees under ₹500
Good for large teams, interns, security and housekeeping staff, or when you want everyone in a 200 person office to get the same thing. These are jar hampers in a printed bag or tray, with a notecard you can brand. If you would rather give plain dry fruits, see our gifts under ₹500 page for single packs.

Questions HR teams ask us
What is a good Diwali gift for employees under ₹500?+
A small jar hamper works well. Ours start at ₹450 with two jars of snacks, a printed Diwali bag and a notecard with your company name. If you want something plainer, a 250 g pack of almonds or cashews also fits this budget.
How much should a company spend on Diwali gifts for staff?+
A common range for a whole team is ₹500 to ₹1,500 per person, with a little more for managers. Pick one design for everyone so nobody feels left out, then add a premium option for senior staff if you like.
Can you put our company logo on the gifts?+
Yes. On hampers the logo goes on the notecard, box and jar stickers. We send you a preview before packing so you can check spelling and colours.
How many days do you need for 100 hampers?+
Book at least 2 to 3 weeks before your delivery date for branded orders. For Diwali on 8 November 2026, that means confirming by 20 October. Unbranded dry fruit trays can be sent faster.
Do you give a GST invoice for office orders?+
Yes. Company orders get a proper GST invoice with your GSTIN, so your accounts team can book it as a business expense.
Can you deliver to employees who work from home?+
Our dry fruit trays ship across India, so you can send them to home addresses. Custom hampers are delivered across Delhi NCR. Send us the address list and we will tell you what is possible.
