Ingredients (Saamagri)
- β2 cups chilled full cream milk (ya almond milk)
- β8-10 badam (almonds) β soaked & peeled
- β5-6 kaju (cashews)
- β3-4 khajoor (dates) β seedless
- β5-6 kishmish (raisins)
- β2-3 akhrot (walnuts)
- β4-5 strands kesar (saffron) β optional
- β1/2 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom)
- βIce cubes (optional)
Banane Ka Tarika (Step by Step)
Dry fruits bhigoyein (optional par recommended)
Badam, kaju, kishmish aur khajoor ko 2-4 ghante ya raat bhar garam paani mein bhigo dein. Isse blend karna aasan hoga aur shake smooth banega.
Tip: Jaldi banana hai toh dry fruits ko 15 minute garam paani mein bhigo lein β quick soak method.
Sab blend karein
Mixer jar mein bhige dry fruits, milk, elaichi powder aur kesar daalein. High speed par 2-3 minute blend karein jab tak bilkul smooth ho jaaye. Koi lumps nahi rehne chahiye.
Tip: Pehle dry fruits ko thoda milk ke saath grind karein, phir baaki milk daalein β zyada smooth banega.
Serve karein
Tall glass mein strain karke ya directly daalein. Upar se chopped badam, pista aur kesar strands se garnish karein. Chilled serve karein.
Tip: Summer mein ice cubes daalein. Winter mein garam doodh se bana sakte hain β equally tasty.
Storage Tips
Fresh bana ke turant peeyein β best taste aur nutrients milenge. Agar store karna hai toh fridge mein 4-6 hours mein pee lein.
